HDC has combined its design, development and management expertise into an integrated team geared to meeting the requirements of today’s most demanding tenants, while still maintaining the ability to adapt to future needs.

A commitment to exceptionally high standards of quality and integrity is at the heart of HDC’s operating philosophy and is the primary reason for each of its development’s market acceptance and enduring value. Quality extends beyond building construction, to overall master planning and site design. Attention to detail is evident in the architecture, landscaping, lighting, parking, common areas and signage. The goal of each master plan is to create an environment, through the preservation and enhancement of natural features, for its tenants’ enjoyment and a lasting asset for the company and community in which it is located.

HDC is organized into four operating divisions, which have the capability of providing its clients the full spectrum of commercial real estate services. These divisions are Development, Marketing, Property Management and Construction Management.
